Refund Policy 

You may return a product/s purchased from HoldMyPhone for a full refund (less the original shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of purchase. Sometimes, a restocking fee may be applied to the returned product/s. To request a refund, please fill out the form below to obtain an RMA number. To receive a refund, all parts must meet our requirements as explained in our terms & conditions below.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. To get the items you want as quickly as possible, please use the below form to get an RMA number to return your current parts for a refund. If these parts meet the return requirements, a refund will be issued once HoldMyPhone receives the part. A new order will need to be placed for the part/s required.


Terms & Conditions

No product/s shipped hereunder may be returned without HoldMyPhone’s prior approval. To return a product/s, the buyer must obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) using the form above. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice and include proof of purchase. The product/s must be in undamaged and unused condition, meaning: NO screw can be screwed into any product, not even into the pre-drilled holes, NO holes punched through a product, NO scratches or screw marks, and NO Velcro tape etc. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if we deem the product/s damaged or used. In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied. A copy of your original order or invoice must accompany the return. 



Missing Item Fee

If any components of the returned product/s are missing when we receive it, a missing item fee will be charged (this includes screws, tilt swivel parts, additional mounting pieces, etc.) If requesting a refund, this will be removed from the refund amount.


Getting an RMA number

To generate an RMA, please fill in our RMA form in the resolution centre (you will need to log in first) using the procedure at this [ link ]. This will allow you to identify the exact part(s) you want to return. 


Packing and Sending Your Return

Please follow these five easy steps when returning a product:


  1. Pack the items and all components in a secure box.
  2. Write your RMA# on the outside of the box.
  3. Include a copy of one of the following: original order or invoice.
  4. Select a shipping carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and note the date you shipped the package. You are responsible for the return until it has been received at our facilities. The tracking number and proof of delivery are vital for you if we have not received the returned package.

Your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed and either the replacement has been shipped or the refund has been processed.
