How do I choose the right holder for my Apple iPhone 3G/S when I have a skin or cover on it?

All of them come with a built-in tilt swivel that can rotate 360 degrees and adjust the holder 15 degrees in any direction for optimal viewing. This range will also adjust from 62mm to 82mm to accommodate skins and covers.

Adjustable Active Holder with Cig-Plug for Apple iPhone 3G/S with Skins
  • A powered holder designed to hold your iPhone 3G/S in an upright position.
  • Built with a 12/24 volts plug-in charger, the holder connects power to your iPhone using the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
  • Simply place the iPhone into the car holder and connect to power: your iPhone will keep fully charged.


Adjustable Thru-Connect Holder for Apple iPhone 3G/S with Skins
  • The holder can be used with all cables that fit the iPhone 3G/S, both original and after market
  • The built-in male to female connector provides flexibility when connecting plug-in power/charge cable, data sync cable or A/V cables.


Fixed Install Holder, Molex System for Apple iPhone 3G/S with Skins (to be hard-wired)
  • A powered holder designed to hold your iPhone 3G/S in an upright position.
  • The integrated power cable has an in-line 12/24 volts power regulator that allows connection directly to the vehicle’s power system. Output 5 Volts 2 amps.
  • The assembly can also provide power & charge to a second mobile device using the Molex Adapter Cables. All of these Molex Adapter Cables are available, in the Accessories section.
  • Simply place the iPhone 3G/S into the car holder and connect to power; your iPhone will keep fully charged.


How do I fit this iPhone 3G/S holder into my car without drilling holes?
Select a ClicOn car mount that is available for your particular vehicle. You will find this list in Step 2 of the selection process. All ClicOn holders for Apple iPhones attach to all ClicOn car mounts by following these instructions (which come in the box with the holder):
  1. Loosen the screw in the centre of the holder so you can remove the tilt swivel attaching plate on the back of the holder;
  2. Place the attaching plate in the desired position on the car mount. Screw the attaching plate into place with the enclosed screws;
  3. Place the holder over the attaching plate, aligning the attachment screw in the holder with the attaching plate. Screw the holder onto the attaching plate;
  4. The holder is in place. PLEASE NOTE: Do not over tighten the attachment screw.


ClicOn car mounts are easily self-installed and click in between the panel section of the dashboard, providing a sturdy and secure fit. Average installation time is 30 seconds to 2 minutes. No dismantling of your dashboard is required and there is no damage caused to your vehicle's interior. Full installation instructions come with each car mount. Is this ClicOn mounting system legal?
Yes! When you use a ClicOn iPhone holder and ClicOn car mount kit you are complying with the driving rules for mobile phones, in every state and territory of Australia.


What is the product warranty?
12 month warranty applies to products purchased directly from Neovox Pty Ltd or an authorised re-seller. During this warranty time if the product is defective in workmanship or materials Neovox will replace or exchange it for a model of equal value. Damage caused by improper care, accident, unauthorised repair or modifications are not covered under this warranty.
