Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of the products you have received, we will organise a refund or an exchange for you, provided that the product is returned to us within 2 weeks of order date, complete and in a saleable condition, and with required documentation.
We reserve the right to deduct a delivery charge from the refund in cases where the original order qualified for Free Delivery.
Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt, providing relevant items are in stock and you have followed all steps stipulated in our policy.

Making a Return
If you want to return a product to us for refund or replacement, you can do so through Australia Post. Simply complete the online Returns Form. You will then receive a confirmation via email. Occasionally this confirmation does not reach your inbox due to your security settings, so please print a copy of your completed Returns Form as a precaution.
Include a copy of the confirmation or your completed Returns Form along with a copy of the original sales invoice and the item(s) in a satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport.

HoldMyPhone will credit your credit card or PayPal, which ever method was used for the original payment. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return and the condition of the item being returned.This will be determined by HoldMyPhone when the item has been returned for evaluation.
