How to attach a dashmount to a dashboard

Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the ClicOn. 
 
1. Twist the screw a half turn and flip the lid open using the thin end of the enclosed gap opener. Remove the lid. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap opener into the gap between the dashboard and the panel frame surrounding the stereo, to widen the gap. Peel off the cover of adhesive tape on the ClicOn.  
 
2. Place the ClicOn over the dashboard edge. Press the angled edge on the lower part of the ClicOn into the gap next to the gap opener. 
 
3. Place your palm over the face plate top and press forward. Then press down on top of the ClicOn edge with you fingers for best possible attachment of the adhesive tape. Pull out the gap opener. Put the lid back into place.  
 
4. The ClicOn is in place.
