Attention! Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the head rest mount. 
 
1. Remove the two screws in the frontside of the head rest mount using the enclosed tool, to seperate the mount. Loosen the screw underneath the head rest mount so the face plate can  slide into the groove. Place the head rest mount under the head rest and adjust the face plate. Tighten the screw underneath so the face plate is locked into desired position. 
 
2. Place one part of the head rest mount on each side of the head rest. The face plate is to be on the back side of the head rest. Put back the screws. Tighten the screws on the frontside of the head rest mount. Screw until the head rest mount is firmly in place. Adjust the face plate into desired position. Tighten the screw on the face plate.  
 
3. Installation of screen: Place the screen onto the mount. Tighten the thumb screw underneath the mount so the screen is properly in place. 
 
4. The head rest screen mount is in place.
