FAQs

What is a ClicOn?

The ClicOn mounting solution  consists of 2 PARTS: Part one is your device-specific holder (Holder).Part two is your vehicle specific-dashboard mount (Dashmount). The Dashmount clicks on to your dashboard and then the Holder is attached to the Dashmount, creating your "no holes" mounting solution.

Dashmount

The ClicOn dashmount provides the only vehicle specific, consumer installable, in-vehicle mounting solution in today's market place. ClicOn is easily self-installed and clicks in between the panel section of the dashboard, providing a sturdy and secure fit. Average installation time is 30 seconds to 2 minutes. No dismantling of your dashboard is required and there is no damage caused to your vehicle's interior.

Full installation instructions come with each dashmount.

What if I am unsure of the model of device that I have?

Remove the battery from the device and read the manufacturer's bar code/model code label, or

look on the back of the device for the model name/number. Checking the web site of the brand of device is another option.

What if I am unsure of the vehicle model or year?

It is always wise to check the vehicle registration book that accompanies each vehicle. Neovox has undertaken every reasonable means to ensure that the dashmount list is correct. We have also supplied a line drawing of each model's dashboard illustrating the correct placement of the Dashmount. Always do a comparison of the line drawing and your actual dashboard.

However, please note that there could be some discrepancies. For example, you may have purchased your vehicle during a model sell-out at the end of season in October 2007 when the new model was being released. To avoid this situation, again, check the vehicle registration book and utilise the “Print” option on the Product Page, which allows you to print out the line drawing of the dashboard you believe to be correct and compare it to the actual dashboard in your vehicle.
