How to attach a dashmount to a dashboard

Attention: For vehicle with navigation unit BUT not for wood grain dash

Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the ClicOn.

 

Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the ClicOn. 
 
1. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap opener into the gap in the dashboard and the air vent panel frame/silver trim, to widen the gap. Peel off the cover of adhesive tape on the ClicOn.  
 
2. Slide the grooved edge on the lower part of the ClicOn into the gap next to the gap opener. Slide the gap opener, while in the gap, further towards the steering wheel to keep the gap widened and place it above the light switch. Slide the ClicOn further into the gap so it is positioned next to the gap opener. Pull out the gap opener. 
 
3. Press firmly forward on the upper part of the ClicOn so the angled edge goes into the gap between the silver trim and the padded part of the dashboard. Press until you see or hear/feel it snaps into place. 
 
4. The ClicOn is in place.
