Within Australia

There is a nation-wide delivery charge of AUD$12.00. 

We currently offer free courier delivery for online orders of $90.00 or more. Please note that should an item on a "free delivery" order be returned or exchanged, the initial waived delivery charge and any subsequent delivery charges will be applied.  The only exception is a packing error.

We deliver by StarTrack courier service. Delivery is to a business or residential address only.  PLEASE NOTE that a signature is required on delivery. For this reason, it is best to nominate a business delivery address where possible. Otherwise, tick the "Permission to Leave" box at check-out. This will permit the courier to leave your parcel without signature. We strongly recommend using a business address, or a residential address where someone will be home to sign for the parcel.

While most metropolitan and major regional areas will receive delivery next business day, some delays could be experienced in some areas or due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. No C.O.D.

HoldMyPhone does not provide a drop-ship service.

Outside of Australia

There is a delivery charge of AUD$22.00 for an order weighing less than 1 kilogram.

You can safely order two Active holders and two dash mounts within this weight limit, as way of example.

Additional charges may apply for larger international orders. Please contact us to discuss shipping method and costs before ordering.

We deliver by Australia Post Pack & Track International or International Registered Post.  No C.O.D's. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Important Information

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc.).

We cannot accept responsibility for orders that StarTrack confirm have been delivered where Permission to Leave has been given, that are reported as missing by the customer.

We reserve the rights:

• to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received
• that all orders are subject to availability of stock
• to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
